The Smiling Dragon Brewery is a 40 acre vineyard and venue.
where wine and cider are brewed on site. The staff for both
the restaurant and brewery live on site. The idea of being able
to offer both Room&Board plus a living salary has been a
dream of mine for years. Some rooms are nicer or larger than
others. Just like some people get paid more but all are nice.
This page is phase four, and I plan on having an actual architect
design the final building. The idea is to have empty units and
fully finished units. I also plan on seperating the dining room into an alcoholic over twenty one dining room and an all ages no alcohol dining room both with a stage so I can have performers play at my venue. With four medium dining rooms and two large dining rooms for private events, exclusiveness is possible.
In addition to two wine tasting lounges, a beer tasting lounge, and cider tasting lounge. Last a karoke bar and staff lounges for anyone off the clock.
Floor 2 through 7 are for employees. They are several floorplans. Floors 8 through 10 are medium size suites with the same number of bedrooms. They are for varity of purposes.
Floor 11 is the penthouse and my private area.

Brewpub will open at 11am for lunch and close at 11pm, all ages steak house will open at 1030am
and close at 9pm. The Private dining rooms will open at 11am and close at 8pm. The karaoke bars will
open at 430pm for dinner and drinks, and close at 11pm. The entire place will be closed on Tuesday for
deliveries. The idea is to have bands come and play and the entire place will close for those days except
for ticket holders who will get in four hours before the show starts. Food and drinks will be served in the
resterant that has the show in it. The brewpub will serve alcohol and the all ages steak house will not.
The brewpub will sell all alcohal made on premise. Tickets will be through the front desk and the bands
will set the price as well as collecting sixty percent of the net door. sale tax will be collected and paid to
the state.

All Entries come with two sides by default. One side is 1.25 cheaper, three sides is 1.25 more expensive. So if the common thing
in hawai'i is to get rice, mash potatoes, and mac salad then we will simply have that as an option. One flat top is beef tallow only,
no allergens like dairy or nuts, one is beef tallow with the use of dairy including cheese and butter, one flat top is pork only, the
last two are peanut oil and dairy including cheese and butter. One deep frier uses beef tallow, and the other one uses peanut oil.
