   I wish I had found this a couple days ago. It means something different to everyone but Sept 11, was very much on mind when I did this. We were given the task of mimicking a famous artist's style and taking it in a different direction.

Still not sure where the priest with the wine bottle came from, some people see it some don't.

I've been working on and off this for a while but I decided to update it again

This was a couple hours work, as I started with this image which I drew months ago...

 Which was built from a sketch I did of some armor and and head I made from sculpt.

      

 I still have to get around to building him in CG

I wanted to build some cool looking armour and most of the reference was of jousting armour which is not so great for heavy infantry. So I drew my own which I had forgotten about building.

I had one month to do the pre-production for both my sub and my environment which was a site over in Great Britain. Once in Finals it was decided that I would get a shot by focusing in more on a smaller section of the building. So here are the sketches and inked versions I did for the original shot.
